Yeah...pretty self-explanatory.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of people who do use bases CAN draw...but so many people get all upset when someone says ANYTHING about a base and they go all ape-shit and start flame wars...THOSE are the people that this stamp is intended for ;P

I only use bases when I don't have any good ideas and I'm too bored for drawing my characters just standing these : p

     But then you see those people who draw completely over the bases without proper lineart and coloring and...
well, it looks like a bad re-color.
